Limerck Half

Weather was pretty good.  I love when the met office get it wrong.  Its a fine line pacing.  I learnt today even 5 secs a mile too fast and you will slow in the last mile.  Lactic acid has am amazing ability to creep up on you.

Anyway another good day on the pods and I think I was under 1:28:30. 

Funny things PB's, I thought I could have gone faster but I have never had a measured 1/2 marathon time as fast.

Big training week this week for me anyway.  2 x 5 Hour Bricks and a Half ironman on Saturday to keep me on my toes.

Ironman certainly doesn't let you lie....
