Long & Short of It - VO2

Philip,

Your lung Capacity was great and your Anaerobic Threshold was even better. I know you said it surprised you alot but we now know you have the potential to go faster without hurting your body so do so. It will take a good bit of work but you defo have the potential to do Long distances at a great speed. You would want to be careful to stay in your zones because you will be hit hard very quickly if you were to stay above 174 for any length of time, don't be afraid to go over it for a short period of time as we seen your body recovers well so do push a little but because you have such a high threshold you don't necessarily have to do this too often.

Time to work hard and smart.
