Pool Triathlons. Great when your out of the pool and out of the traffic jam.
Fastest ever Olympic Distance for me, and in a pool race. I am a not the best swimmer and this is magnified by the water-boarding room that is a swimming pool. Give me a wetsuit and open water anyday. The thought of sharks and jellyfish somehow makes me move faster!

I looked stunned in the picture above for some reason, its not pretty, thankfully my result showed more improvement. Next stop Valentia Island.
