I am very late in posting this. I didn't have the picture ready. Mike Jones a real endurance athlete is in the process of rowing across the Atlantic ocean. http://www.atlantic5000.com/ He organised a fun run in Killaloe to help with sponsorship etc. A santa run. Hence the suit. Badly hungover and farily shattered I aimed for 35Mins on a lets say undulating course. Great day out and the Irish junior triathlon team who showed up with Mark Dempsey on the day showed us all how its done. I suddenly feel very old........
I was the fastest Santa on the day. So all was not lost. Race report attached.
