So. As it turns out I have no marathon to my name in 2009. No full distance anyway. Without further a-do the name is down for Connemara in April. Looking forward to it.
Training away, low intensity and gearing up for the start of Base 1 in December. Might stick a ten miler in at the end of January. Will sort out the race calender by the end of December. But for now lets think of the 26.2.
