World Triathlon Championship Series Devonport - Tazmania 

I have never met anyone like Mark Miller.  A great adventure and some compromises and a unique swim in an epic pool in Tazmania.  

I wish I could have done more to drive him on in his 1st World Series race.  However we were both a very long way from home.  

All said and done it was a performance that defied time zones. 

World Triathlon - Sarasota & Badenton 

Covid.  2 cancellations.  And the biggest race of our lives to get home out of Tampa.  Team pulled together yet again.  Sad not to have seen the guys get a chance to race. 

 

Couch 3000 - Cycled 3012 KM in June 2020 

I have to blame my school buddy Daniel for this one.   In a time of Covid a fundraiser seemed like a good thing to do.   To be sure we went for it.  I would never suggest an off the couch like this as it took prolonged recovery.  However if you just do the work sometimes it rolls together nicely. 

Limerick Triathlon Time Trial Series 

5 Rounds every summer a great little runner.  Ran it as best I could 2020, 2021, 2022 think it went well.
