Every so often you met someone who can help change your outlook and inspire confidence too send you a direction you may have lost track of.  In the last 2/3 years Ginny Ross a simply excellent physical therapist and one of the most positive, passionate people you will ever meet has helped heal many ache's; due too poor flexibility, too much sitting & even poor environmental lifestyle choice's.

Some time ago Ginny suggested I start too look into a guy Kelly Starrett. It led me on a path I had been too shy to follow.  Kelly is a serious operator.  I am enthralled by his teaching, practice, presence and personality.

Quite the year 2017.  I achieved things I hadn't even considered .....thanks guys. And I have a long list of names too check out now.
