Connemara

Beautiful day for a run.  nicer day for a walk.  That was how it turned out in Connemara this time around.

A good training session it turned out to be but most certainly not a PB.  Fastest marathon I have done on the Connemara course all the same.

121st Place. Philip Manuel Male Senior 1:45:03 / 3:53:53.

Better to come on the marathon front.  Felt pretty knackered between 19 - 21.  Jesus need to get it together for M K's sake.
